Privacy policy

 

1. This privacy policy sets out the principles for processing personal data collected through the online store www.goodmoodsport.com (hereinafter: “online store”).

2. The owner of the store and the data controller is gm premium partners with its registered office at Lniana 8/57, 91-158 Lodz, tax identification number (tax ID): 9472016817, statistical number (REGON): 541696209, KRS: 0001172328 (hereinafter: gm premium partners).

3. Personal data collected by gm premium partners through the online store are processed in accordance with the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the council of 27 april 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation), as well as other applicable laws, including the Polish data protection act.

4. gm premium partners takes special care to respect the privacy of customers visiting the online store.

§ 1 Types of data processed, purposes, and legal basis

 

1. gm premium partners collects data relating to natural persons, including:

   • those performing legal acts unrelated to their business activity,

   • those running business activity,

   • those representing legal persons or organizational units (hereinafter: customers).

2. Personal data are collected in connection with:

   • account registration in the online store (performance of a contract – art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

   • placing orders (performance of a contract – art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

   • subscribing to the newsletter (consent – art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),

   • using the contact form (performance of a contract – art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

   • posting reviews (performance of a contract – art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

   • customer satisfaction surveys (legitimate interest – art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. The scope of data depends on the service:

   • at account registration: email address, first and last name, password.

   • when placing an order: email address, address details (postal code, city, country, street, house number), first and last name, phone number. For entrepreneurs additionally: company name, tax ID.

   • for newsletter subscription: email address.

   • for contact form: email address, first and last name, optionally phone number.

   • for reviews: pseudonym/nickname/first name.

   • for satisfaction surveys: email address, order number.

4. During website use, gm premium partners may automatically collect: IP address, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type and navigation data (e.g., clicks).

5. Providing data is voluntary but failure to provide required data prevents service provision or order fulfillment.

§ 2 Disclosure, entrusting and retention of data

 

1. Customer data may be disclosed to processors acting on behalf of gm premium partners (e.g., hosting, accounting, analytics, marketing, order processing), as well as independent controllers (e.g., payment systems).

2. As a dropshipping company, we inform that customers’ personal data is also shared with selected external entities such as wholesalers and order fulfillment companies in order to properly execute purchase and delivery of products. These entities act as data processors and process data exclusively on gm premium partners’ instruction and under data processing agreements, guaranteeing appropriate security measures compliant with gdpr.

3. Processors are obliged to comply with GDPR and other applicable laws and act only on gm premium partners’ instructions.

4. Data may be disclosed to courier companies and payment operators only to the extent necessary to complete the customer’s order.

5. Data may be stored for:

   • the duration of the contract and the period required by law,

   • until consent is withdrawn (if consent is the legal basis),

   • until possible claims become time-barred.

6. With newsletter subscription, customer data is used to send commercial communications until consent withdrawal.

7. Data may be disclosed to authorized state authorities pursuant to law.

§ 3 Cookies and IP address

 

1. The online store uses cookies to:

   • ensure proper website functionality,

   • manage user sessions,

   • conduct analytics and statistics,

   • personalize content,

   • support integration with external service providers (e.g., maps, review systems).

3. gm premium partners may collect customers’ ip addresses for administrative, statistical and security purposes.

4. The online store contains links to other websites. gm premium partners is not responsible for their privacy policies.

• data portability,

• object to data processing,

• withdraw consent at any time,

• file a complaint with the president of the data protection authority.

§ 5 Security measures

 

1. gm premium partners applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption of data transmission via ssl protocol.

2. User passwords are stored encrypted and are not disclosed to third parties.

1. The privacy policy may be amended, and users will be informed in advance via the online store or other communication channels.
