Return and complaint procedure
I. Right of withdrawal
- In our store, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods by submitting a clear statement of withdrawal via email to gm@goodmoodsport.com, including the order number and the items to be returned.
II. Return conditions
- The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are returned in an unchanged condition, except for any changes necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The consumer is liable for any diminution in value resulting from using the goods beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and functionality.
III. Return costs
- The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (transport).
IV. Return address
- Before returning any goods, please contact us by email at gm@goodmoodsport.com, providing your order number and the product model. We will reply with the correct return address. Return addresses may vary depending on the product manufacturer.
V. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order. If you prefer a refund to a bank account (EUR or PLN), please provide your bank account number in your email.
- If the buyer chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest option offered on the site, the seller is not obliged to refund the additional delivery costs.
VI. Complaints
- If you discover a defect in the product, please contact us immediately by email at gm@goodmoodsport.com with a description of the defect, photos of the faulty item, and your order number. We will respond within 14 working days with further instructions, including the address to return the defective product.
